NEA offers services and capabilities in technical writing and editing in three primary areas: litigation and expert witness materials, comprehensive planning and major report writing, and preparation of technical EA/EIS documents for the public. Our analysis in support of litigation and expert witness testimony is well recognized among private and public sector attorneys, firms, and agencies. We provide full service support which includes conceptualization of analytical approaches to address legal theories appropriate for cases, coordination of studies and experts from different disciplines, completion of economic analysis and expert witness reports, design and preparation of exhibits, and drafting of testimony.

NEA has extensive experience in the preparation of environmental documents that comply with federal NEPA or comparable state regulations. In doing so, NEA distills what is often highly technical information into a form that is readily understandable by all readers. We have prepared parts of several Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Reports, and comparable publications for many federal, state, and local agencies.
